I can't praise this dealership and salesman Terry enough. I had been shopping for a Bronco for 3 years locally in Dallas, TX. After not finding one that matched my criteria, I expanded my search region to include all of Texas. After seeing the exact one I had been searching for in Corpus Christi at Access Ford I inquired, and within 24 hours a deal was struck. They personally drove the vehicle from Corpus to Dallas within 24 hours of a deal being agreed, delivered my Bronco and picked up my trade-in. This was after I offered to drive down there. I'm still in disbelief and in amazement with the customer service they provided. Many dealers wouldn't have even responded to an out of town inquiry, but Access Ford did and hand delivered 350 miles away. Just wow! For anyone non-local I would tell you not to hesitate and reach out to them if they've got the vehicle you've been searching for. You may be pleasantly surprised like me.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because of our experience with Elijah (salesman). But we bought a used truck with chips in the windshield we had a verbal agreement with Elijah that this would be replaced with a new one. We bought the truck and when I called Elijah to get the repair started he stated that management did not approve. My mistake for not getting it in writing, but kind of disappointed about the situation. If you go here ask for Elijah as he was great but make sure to get what you want in writing.

Service dept - Phone customers are still customers, gentlemen. Customer service means conveying that the business appreciates the customer purchasing AND conducting after-market business with your dealership.
I would have spoken with the Parts Mgr., but I'm guessing that's where the attitude of being put out may originate.
I know days can be long, but that's no different for the customers calling in, and you can either be the savior of the day or continue being another human hurdle preventing someone from problem resolution and peace of mind. Try the first scenario - it's really worthwhile.
If what goes around really comes around, might be something to keep in mind.
We love dealing with the team at Access Ford. When we moved to Corpus we needed to find a dealer that could work on our Rocky Ridge Ford and they were amazing from the get go. We were so impressed with the service department we took our son there to buy his new Ford.
I was treated very well since first arriving to Access Ford CC. Time of deal and make ready of new vehicle was not long at all. Salesman / Financial Dept. both treated me very well. Will consider returning to Access Ford when needed.
George Gonzales was the best! Very efficient, quick to respond, positive attitude to ensure customer success. Appreciate his willingness to work a deal we could both be happy with. For those that live in the Rio Grande Valley, don't waste your time with the dealerships there. You can do everything remotely working through Access Ford AND still get a good price.
